It was so nice to have very friendly, helpful, real people answering the phone! Cheyenne was our service rep. She was great! She patiently explained things and provided written explanations and estimates. We were not pressured into anything that was not needed. We have had the car back almost a week and everything seems to be working well. We are very satisfied with our experience and plan to return for regular maintenance or other needs.

I’m late to review Rob’s, as they took care of me back in August, but these guys are amazing!!! Carter was the main employee I spoke with and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! They diagnosed my car’s issues thoroughly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand.

This shop is well managed and provided an extensive and thorough evaluation of my vehicle. My car is 20 years old and well worn. I came in for a check-up and was given a clear, honest assessment of what was needed. No pressure, no upsell — just straight talk and quality work.

I am horribly late with my review but I had some issues with my diesel van about 2 months ago and they diagnosed, quoted, and fixed everything. The team was honest about what needed immediate attention and what could wait. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

I called the week before Thanksgiving and they got me in the next day right when they opened. I paid for a diagnostic since I had no idea what was wrong — turns out it was a smaller issue than I expected. They got it fixed quickly and got me back on the road for the holiday.

Rob’s Automotive Repair was wonderful! I took my car in to be thoroughly inspected for any issues. They were photographed and assessed and then sent to me for approval before any work was done. They gave me options about what was needed now, and issues that I could have done later. I like the way they do business and knew I could trust them. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Cheyenne was my representative who helped me — excellent!!! They even offer rides to and from their business for free (Lyft).

I work a lot so it’s always hard to find time to look for a shop, let alone get work done on my vehicle. Other shops I tried visiting in the past gave me the runaround. Rob’s was different from the start — quick to schedule, transparent on pricing, and the work was done right.

I took my car here first because as I called shops to diagnose a problem with a clutch, of the six shops I called, only two would even look at it. Rob’s diagnosed it quickly, gave me a fair quote, and got it fixed.

Cheyenne and her team were extremely helpful! Had an issue with the dealership and they went out of their way to call the dealership and help on my behalf to get my truck serviced under warranty!
